[Kolab-devel] [issue641] extra slash in pfb trigger url

User A has write access to a calendar folder of User B.  A modifies the folder
by e.g. adding an event.  On sync the pfb generation is triggered for that
folder.  The URL kontact uses has a superfluous slash:

https://<user>:<pw>@neso.test.hq/freebusy/trigger//proko2test1/pi.pfb

The server doesn't accept that:

"GET /freebusy/trigger//proko2test1/pi.pfb HTTP/1.1" 404 347

I think the server should accept it.  OTOH, the client could be more careful
when constructing the URL.
