[Kolab-devel] [issue639] calendar folder not a resource anymore after renaming

When I rename a calendar folder in Kontact, it is not recognized as a calendar
folder anymore.  The folder is still listed under its old name in the calendar
list on the calendar page, but its not listed with the new name at all.
The renamed folder is only recognized as a calendar folder after a restart.
