The following sentences in client_server.sgml rev 1.23 are outdated:
 

| The published freebusy list is generated by the client from the standard
calendar folder only. Other
| calendars do not affect the personal freebusy list.

| Visual merging of calendars e.g. of the personal calendar and a group calendar
is intentially not provided.

Probably the whole concept needs an upgrade according to freebusy information.
Information how to trigger also does not exits.
