When a client runs on that same machine as a kolab server kolab_smtpdpolicy will
always return DUNNO.  This is because it accepts any mails from a kolab host,
i.e. one included in the list given with the -permithosts parameter.

It would be better if the permithosts were not checked for authenticated
connections.  AFAICT, if a mail is relayed from one kolab host to another no
authentication is done.
