New submission from Stephan Buys <s.buys at codefusion.co.za>:

Although Kolab doesn't have true multiple domain support it is possible to
create users for any arbitrary domain. Only catch is that Postfix will know
that it is supposed to deliver those messages to Cyrus.

These patches add Web Admin support to configure the postfix "mydestination"
directive which will cause Postfix to deliver messages for the listed domains
to Cyrus. Cyrus can then determine wether or not a mailbox exists.

This patch set probably needs more thought but is a good starting point for
adding multiple domain support.
