In the fbview the heading of the graph, i.e. the first line with e.g. |01|02|...
for the month view, doesn't match the actual free/busy  information.  The
columns don't line up properly and some times they don't even have the same
number of columns.  E.g. in the month view for february, the heading has 30
items (01 02 ... 28 01 02) but the actual fbinformation contains only 28 columns
yet the left and right sides of the rows line up.
