The message:    
<time> <server> perl: No worthy mechs found   
   
fills up the logs, causing other more important messages to be overlooked.   
   
The message occurs twice every ten minutes, quickly filling up log files, and   
drowning out other more important messages. 
 
Does not occur if the imapd service is not running
