[Kolab-devel] [issue646] can't create global shared folder with non-ascii characters

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

The web-admin cannot create global shared folders with non-ascii characters in
their names. The folder is not created at all. In /var/log/messages, I get the
error message:

Warning: Unable to create mailbox `shared.Täst at test.hq', Error = `Invalid
mailbox name'

This is for a folder named "Täst" where the second character is a-umlaut which
in utf8 is the ä from the error message.
