[Kolab-devel] [issue400] slave bootstrap script should offer hint for master ldap URI

The kolab_bootstrap script asks for the URI of the master ldap server when
bootstrapping a slave.  For better usability it should offer a hint.  e.g.
ldaps://master.example.com/ or some such.
