The rejection of overlapping events does not always work for resourcs (and
probably also groups, but I haven't tested it).

To reproduce:  Create a resource with "Reject if conflicts" as action.  Invite
it to an event lasting from 17:30 to 18:00.  The resource accepts.  Now invite
it to another event from 17:00 to 19:00.  The resource also accepts this even
though it overlaps the other event.
