[Kolab-devel] No makefiles for kmail docs in proko2 branch.

There's a problem with the cvs instructions in
doc/kde-client/cvs-instructions/checkout_kde_i18n_proko2.sh.  They leave
me without a Makefile.am in kde-i18n/de/docs/kdepim/kmail.  Therefore
the kmail docs are not being built.  There are few more files that are
in KDE_3_3_BRANCH but not in proko2.  The list of all files that are
added to the checkout when doing cvs up -r KDE_3_3_BRANCH:

Makefile.am
credits-and-licenses.docbook
faq.docbook
importing.docbook
intro.docbook

Either these files (at least those that are relevant like Makefile.am)
have to be branched, too, or the instructions will have to be changed so
that only a few files in kde-i18n/de/docs/kdepim/kmail are branched.
