[Kolab-devel] [issue485] web frontend allows to change the manager password

The web-frontend allows to change the manager password.  Login as manager and go
to the maintainers list where for some reason the manager is listed again. 
Click on the modify link for the manager and choose a new password.  After that
the system is more or less unusable.
