[Kolab-devel] [issue482] some external users are treated like normal users

Add a new vcard to the addressbook in the web-admin interface.  use an email
address that looks like it might be one of an a normal kolab user (i.e.
username at server.domain.tld).  The server actually creates an imap folder for
this external user and accepts mail for it which is delivered to the imap folder.
