[Kolab-devel] [issue481] resmgr omits most information when accepting invitations

When the resource manager accepts an invitation it creates a new entry in the
usre's/group's/resource's calendar folder, converting the information to kolab's
xml format in the process.  Unfortunately it omits lots of information such as
the list of attendees and whether and how the event is repeated and probably more.
