[Kolab-devel] [issue458] kontact triggers pfb generation for non-calendar folders

kdepim KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch
kontact triggers the pfb creation not only for Calendar folders but also for
e.g. tasks and contacts.  This probably doesn't really hurt since the pfbs for
those folders doesn't contain any fb times, so it's only a minor issue.
