I finally got the new free/busy stuff working with the new server packages from
20041013 thanks to the apache fix.  Now, looking at the files that are created
in the pfb cache on the server, it seems that the pfbs are created correctly but
there are no xpfbs for normal user accounts that are accessed by kontact.  For
resource and group accounts there are xpfbs.
