[Kolab-devel] [issue444] a kolab user may delegate to an external user which should not be possible

add an external user ( not a kolab user ) registered in the server address book  
in the delegation field of your kolab user. 
submit  
it is accepted  
it should not  
 
Note that even if this was accepted you cant send an email with the kolab user 
identity ( as the external user ) that is why I registered this bug as minor
