The client might trigger the wrong pfb creation. 
When using an uid in the network incoming dimap setting, 
the client will use this in the triggering URL 
(and subsequently the freebusy script cannot find the folder). 
 
Shouldn't we determine that triggering URL from the  
folder path itself? 
 
(A workaround for this bug is to use the primary email 
address for authentification in the dimap incoming setting.)
