[Kolab-devel] [issue161] No question if a mail should be sent to the attendees when creating a meeting

User1 creates a new event in the calendar, setting user2 as an attendee. When
clicking OK, there is no dialog asking whether a mail should be sent out to the
attendees or not, even though "Use Groupware communication" is checked in the
KOrganizer settings.
