[Kolab-devel] [issue105] creating events: double click and context menu differ

In the calendar, you can create new events by double clicking on the start time
or by richt-clicking on the start time and choosing "New Event..." from the
context menu.  The default duration differs: in the first case it's 2 hours in
the latter 15 minutes.
