[Kolab-devel] [issue96] Cant send mails with only CC or BCC

Kontact doesn't allow sending mails with only CC and/or BCC recipients.  An
entry in To: is required.  It should be possible to send mails without addresses
in To: as long as there are adresses in CC or BCC
