[Kolab-devel] [issue95] can't send mail after crash

After a crash it can happen that there are "ghost mails" in the outbox.  As long
as they are not deleted, it's impossible to send mails.  New mails will be put
into the outbox but they are never sent, not even when explicitly requested
through the folder's context menu.

This is of course a known kmail problem:
