On my Laptop which came with an US version of Windows XP the following works 
for mapping the webdav resource https://kolab.erfrakon.com/freebusy to the 
windows drive letter X:

NET USE X: \\kolab.e.com\freebusy /USER:konold.2.konold at kolab.e.com secret_pw

Please report success/failure.

In addition I also verified on another W2K machine (English/US) that Novell 
NetDrive allows for the same via a GUI on this machine. Please check with 
http://www.mathematics.jhu.edu/help/netuse-webdav.htm

I prefer to use the builtin NET windows command due to licensing issues.
