No, there is no freeze date for kolab yet. I briefly discussed it with 
Stephan from Code Fusion, and we agreed to try and release Kolab 2.0 
around November. But that can very well change.

What you might have seen about June is about the proko2 contract that 
we're working on. We will be feature complete on that within the next 
three weeks or so.

The Kolab 2.0 will likely have more things than the proko2 contract 
packages do. Of course, a large portion of the work in Kolab 2 will be 
the things coming out of our contract, but it's not the case that
Kolab 2.0 == proko2.
