[Kolab-devel] [issue259] bootstrapping of the kolabwizard configuration is fragile

Start with a new user who doesn't have a .kde directory yet.  Run the
kolabwizard to configure that user's kontact for use with a kolab server.  After
the wizard has run, start kontact.  Some things work immediately, such as
syncing email.  However, contacts and calendar entries are not stored on the
server yet.  You have to quit kontact and start again to make it work.
