[Kolab-devel] [issue258] kolabwizard omits some settings

The kolabwizard doesn't do all the required settings yet.  The following is missing:

1. Authentication for the SMTP connection

2. Enabling sieve for the dimap connection

3. "Send invitations in the mail body" in Kmail's groupware settings.  Needed
for Outlook interoperability.

4. "Use Groupware communication" in korganizer

5. "Use full email address for retrieval" of free/busy lists

6. Use the full email address for uploading free/busy lists
