[Kolab-devel] [issue239] smtpd_sender_restrictions should include permit_sasl_authenticated

When setting up out demo server I couldn't send mail to myself on that server
because the sender was rejected.  I had to add permit_sasl_authenticated to the
smtpd_sender_restrictions in main.cf.template to make it work. This setting
should be on by default.
