[Kolab-devel] [issue238] Timezone problems when importing calendar items from OL2003

New submission from Tobias Larsson <tobias at klaralvdalens-datakonsult.se>:

- Create an event in OL 2003, taking place from 14:00 - 16:00
- Import this into KO/Pi, the event is shown as taking place from 14:00 - 16:00
- Save, and import the iCal-file into Kontact
In Kontact, the event is now shown as taking place from 12:00 - 14:00, which is
what is says in the iCal file.

Note: The timezones are all set to the same, both in Windows, OL2003, KO/Pi,
Kontact and KDE.
