[Kolab-devel] Kolab-CF and MySQL

Hi all,

Just to clarify the MySQL dependency:

1) It is only needed if you are going to use the Kolab Web Client.
2) We just lack the resources to address the dependency at the
moment, in time all of the Kolab Webclient will either store its information
in LDAP or IMAP (as this is core to the Kolab design).
3) We would welcome _any_ assistance in getting rid of the 
dependency.

In the meantime it has allowed us to support some features without
which Horde was refusing to work properly, making the development
of the other modules go very slowly. Now that everything is working
we should be able to move categories to LDAP within the next couple
of weeks.
