If I try to create a new user in the web-interface of a slave server I get the
following error message:
LDAP Error: could not add object cn=username,dc=domain,dc=tld: Internal
(implementation specific) error

I'm logged in as manager.  The home server of the new user is the slave whose
web-interface I'm using.
