[Kolab-devel] [issue341] user can activate vacation on non-home server

Users can activate the vacation message on the non-home server.  These settings
are not communicated to the home server.  If it's not easy enough to communicate
that setting to the right home server, simply not allowing to change this on a
non-home server would be OK.
