[Kolab-devel] [issue340] passwords can only be changed on master server

A user can change his password only on the master server.  An attempt to do so
on a slave results in an error message:
LDAP Error: Could not modify object cn=testuser,dc=test,dc=tld: Strong(er)
authentication required

This happens even if that slave is the user's home server.
