[Kolab-devel] [issue333] kolabwizard needs german localization

The kolabwizard doesn't show up with German translations even though I have a
german locale (LANG=de_DE at euro) and kde-i18n KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from
today is installed.  kdepim itself is KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 from today too.
