[Kolab-devel] [issue323] Administrator has insufficient permissions

The administrator accounts have insufficient permissions in the current server
package (from 20040817).

E.g. log in as one of the administators and try to create a new user:
LDAP Error: could not add object cn=Test User,dc=test,dc=tld: Insufficient access

Same happens when an administator tries to create a distribution list, a shared
folder or an addressbook entry.  There may be more things an administrator
should be able to do but isn't allowed to currently.
