[Kolab-devel] [issue322] kolabwizard should ask for email address not username

The kolabwizard currently has an entry field called "Kolab user name".  It
shuold be called "Primary email address".  Now that there is a distinction
between uid and primary email address users might input the uid there.  If they
did that they'd likely end up with the wrong email address configured in various
places and the wrong base-dn in the ldap config.
