[Kolab-devel] [issue85] toltec problems with umlauts in folder names

When testing toltec-1.7.28-de.exe with OL 2003 German, there were error messages
for some folders: "Gelöschte Objekte", "Entwürfe" and "Junk-E-Mail": Invalid
Mailbox Name.  Switching off syncing for those folders didn't help because
toltec still tried to create those folders.

Possible solution/cause:
> You are using Cyrus 2.2+. When using this version of Cyrus you either need
> to disable virtual domain support or patch Cyrus with the latest version
> from OpenPKG.
