Kontact doesn't save all of the kmail groupware setttings into kmailrc.  The
result is that at least on some installations kmail doesn't recognize icalendar
messages properly.  On those systems the group [Groupware] is missing from
kmailrc and it doesn't get created via the config dialogs.  A workaround is to
create that group manually in ~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc:
