I recommend you stick with YYYYMMDD format. Although OpenPKG itself does
not care, many additional tools, i.e. some in openpkg-tools and obmtool
get confused when they see filenames which do not relate to OpenPKG
release engineering [1][2].

This requirement will be relaxed in the near future.
