[Kolab-devel] [issue73] Umlauts in vacation message don't work

The preset vacation text contains umlauts which don't show up in the browser
(tested on server m1b with Mozilla 1.0 Debian/Woody and Mozilla 1.5 Windows 2000).

When entering umlauts for the vacation text, they show up correctly in the web
confirmation, but when sending mail to this user, the vacation reply looks
strange (only Subject is ok) when viewed with mutt from Debian/Woody:

Subject: Re: vacation-Test mit Umlauten: äöüßÄÖÜ€                               
Ich bin bis einschlieÃ\237lich 01.01.2004 nicht im Hause.                       
Umlaute: Ã??öÃ??Ã\237Ã\204Ã\226Ã\234â\202¬
