Modified files by setup-kolab process

Hello Charlie,

during setup-kolab, a lot of things happen, eg. the ldap is initialised, etc.
You can see the code here: https://git.kolab.org/pykolab/tree/pykolab/setup

I wonder if an option for automated installs is to call setup-kolab in
unattended mode.
I worked in the past days on that.
Have a look at:
https://github.com/tpokorra/kolab3_tbits_scripts/blob/master/kolab3.1/initSetupKolabPatches.sh

I can now call
setup-kolab --default --timezone=Europe/Berlin --directory-manager-pwd=test
and the setup finishes without user interaction.
