Modified files by setup-kolab process

Hello Thimotheus,

Thank you for the sources, I'll crawl in ;).

The issue I have is that I'm using an existent ldap, an already configured
MTA and imap server, ... So I'm constrained to adapt the scripts (i.e. to
customize and recode) to meet my requirements.
Thank you again and let's learn some python now!
