Integrate Kolab 3.0 in an existing IMAP-Server

Hi Jeroen,

what are the important parameter?

If I change 'default_host' in roundcubemail/main.inc.php and uri in
[cyrus-imap] in kolab/kolab.conf to imaps://mail.bnmsp.de:993, it
doesn't work.

Is there another parameter which I don't see?
