Sync-problem between kontact, roundcube, activesync

Use domain\username or username (no backslash), You should be able to
use your email address here. I'm not sure if your version supportes
domain\username syntax. Kolab-activesync is under active development in
last few months.

Check HTTP server logs if there's a request logged. Check
kolab-syncroton logs for any info. It uses Roundcube configuration file.
Find and enable $rcmail_config['activesync_debug'].
