Accepting proposal for new meeting time

Hi all,

I'm testing the latest Kolab from csv with horde and Outlook 2003/Bynari.

When receiving an invitation for a meeting, in horde you have the
possibility to accept, decline or accept with confirmation.
in outlook you can either accept, decline or propose a new meeting time

when choosing the latest option, a new meeting time request is sent to
the organizator but, contrary to [ms exchange] the buttons to accept
the new time or preview the proposals are greyed.

Is this the way it is supposed to be? does anyone have an idea how to
enable these option?
