Format clarification - folder annotations

I think that usage of word "namespace" is confusing. We have "IMAP
namespaces" and "annotation namespaces". I propose to use word
"namespace" only in context of IMAP folder hierarchy. When we talk about
annotations I propose to use "private annotation", "shared annotation".
