DRAFT UPDATE: KEP3: Introduction of 'subevent' sub-tag for 'exclusion' from 'recurrence' (revision #10661)

Hi all,

An updated revision of KEP3 has been made available at

	http://wiki.kolab.org/User:Greve/Drafts:KEP:3

There have only been some formatting improvements, and an explicit designation 
of KEP3 towards the changeset for 'event' for version 1.1 of its XML object.

I believe this is the better approach, as it allows us to develop multiple 
KEPs and then assign them explicitly towards the changeset for one particular 
version update.

The two last changes were:

	* 'exclusion' date is Recurrence ID to ensure proper iTip handling
	* tags that MUST or MUST NOT be defined are explicitly listed

There were no other change requests over the past days, and all commentary so 
far has been positive. So if you would like to have your input on this KEP 
considered, please take a look soon.
