OK after a discussion with Martin on IRC we decided on
/vendor/kolab/incidences-for
with value.shared set to "nobody", "owner" or "readers".
If the annotation isn't there, "owner" should be assumed.

Martin updated the concept paper accordingly (we agreed that this isn't
something for the kolab XML specification).
