[Kolab-devel] Kolab CVS installation

First, I want to mention that wiki page
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kolab2_Beta_testing doesn't address
current changes into build procedure (for example, install-kolab.sh
doesn't have options -D/-S any more neither has install-kolab.sh from
2.2.3 source distribution mentioned in wiki's first step; also the
step to build 00index.rdf is not explicitly described and executing su
- kolab -c "eval `/kolab/etc/rc --eval all env` && cd `pwd` && make"
gave me only 00index.rdf.tmp with a final tip: Remember to update
00INDEX.rdf! and so on...)

Finally speaking the subject's problems, I finally got an attempt to
correctly update kolab's environment. "An attempts" means it failed,
of course, with such a message:
Found an OpenPKG environment. Assuming upgrade...
----------- SETUP COMPLETED -----------

 Now running:

   /kolab/bin/openpkg build -kKBuZ -r
"/tmp/install-kolab.13050.5947.15681.18722" -p "ix86-rhel5.4-kolab" -D
openldap::with_pth=no -D sasl::with_ldap -D sasl::with_login -D
sasl::with_ntlm -D postfix::with_sasl -D postfix::with_ssl -D
postfix::with_ldap -D imapd::with_kolab_nocaps
            -Dkolabd::kolab_version=2.2.3+CVS
            -Dkolab-webadmin::kolab_version=2.2.3+CVS
          openpkg-tools openldap postfix kolabd kolab-webadmin
kolab-fbview kolab-webclient | sh

error: Failed dependencies:

Does this mean I must manually edit install-kolab.sh to hardcode -D
apache-php::with_mhash?
