[Kolab-devel] Kolab Z-Push 0.2 only working one-way, mobile-to-server broken

I disabled the accounts on the Milestone and the Hero, then disabled the 
account on the iPhone. The attached debug and log files show what happened in 
the first few minutes after activating contacts and calendar on the iPhone 
again (3 contacts and 3 calendar items got synced from the server to the 
phone) and adding a new calendar item (today, 14:15) on the iPhone (which did 
not get pushed to the server).
