[Kolab-devel] [issue1287] Folders not marked as "unshared"

Under some circumstances folders doesn't get marked as "unshared" after  
removing access permissions.  
      
I have tested this in a Kontact->Toltec environment but it is very likely that     
this also happens for Toltec -> Toltec.     
     
To reproduce this do the following:    
    
User A Kontact, User B Outlook    
    
A shares Folder F with B (full read/write permission)    
B sees the Folder.    
A removes permission.    
B sees the folder as unshared.     
A shares again this same folder with B.    
B sees not two folders of F. (shared,unshared)    
B deletes the unshared folder (also from trashcan)     
B now only sees the shared folder.    
A removes permission again.    
    
Now the folder should get marked as unshared but is isn't. Multiply syncs and   
even restarts of outlook does not help. The folder stays marked as shared.  
  
Permissions on the server are set correctly.
